Yoga Kriya: We’ll start with a dynamic Kundalini yoga sequence, designed to help you shake off stress and release what no longer serves you to feel lighter and more energized.
Gong Sound Healing: After the kriya, immerse yourself in a soothing gong bath. The healing vibrations will wash over you, promoting deep relaxation and helping you integrate the benefits of your movement practice.
11-Minute Meditation: For those who think they can’t meditate, we combine movement, mantra, and breathwork to help you experience the calming effects of meditation.
Join us in The Rose Room at Green Monday Studio on Thursdays from 7:30 to 8:30pm.
