Tailem Bend Community Centre presents 'Rural Reads and Rhythms' at the Tailem Bend Library.Rural Reads and Rhythms is a 10 week program to support the Words Grow Minds Campaign, Families and young children will have opportunities to explore a variety of activities that support early childhood development in the early years, helping babies and children thrive by talking, playing, reading and singing!
When: Thursdays from the 10th Oct - 12th Dec 2024

Week 1- 10th Oct - Intro + TALK - Tea Party and Chat
Week 2- 17th Oct - SING - Music Miracles with Tina
Week 3- 24th Oct - READ - Interactive Story Time
Week 4- 31st Oct - PLAY - Sensory Exploration
Week 5- 7th Nov - TALK - Nature walk and talk
Week 6- 14th Nov - SING - I Can Sing a Rainbow
Week 7- 21st Nov - READ - Author/illustrator visit
Week 8- 28th Nov- PLAY - Bear Hunt
Week 9- 5th Dec- TALK/READ - Story Telling
Week 10- 12th Dec- PLAY/SING - Music and Moves show
