Come & enjoy a 60min Meditation & Sound, that will take you to a place of tranquil inner peace & calm.Kathleen will embrace you with her warm & nurturing nature, supporting & guiding you with your health & wellbeing healing hour.
The hour will begin by clearing & settling any nervous tension or stress that you may be holding onto, with breathwork and meridian tapping. Kathleen will guide you through this gentle & yet powerful technique, to settle your nervous system, bringing you back to a place of stillness and calm.
You will then rest and be guided with a heartfelt Meditation & Sound Bath journey, bringing you back to your own heart and self love.
You will be bathed by the sounds of Tibetan Singing Bowls, Koshi Chimes, Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls and Tin Chas.
You will leave the hour feeling lighter, having returned to your natural place of calm and inner peace, back to your mind & body. This is holistic treatment, for all your senses.
