PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING TICKETS

Due to the popularity of this event, please do not over-book your ticket requirements. Doing so prevents other genuine online ticket bookings from being made.

Please book a ticket for everyone in your party, including children/ babies.

A maximum of 8 tickets per booking.

We request that bookings without children choose timeslots after 7.40pm if possible, to allow families with young children to experience Road to Bethlehem before it gets too late.

Road to Bethlehem is best seen after dark, therefore after 7.30pm is the best time to book.

Tickets are FREE! However all donations are greatly appreciated & assist with running costs. There will be an opportunity to give a donation near the end of your tour.

Please arrive at least 20 minutes earlier than you booked time. Failiure to do this will result in your tickets being reallocated.

HOW TO BOOK TICKETS

There are 2 ways to obtain tickets:

1. ONLINE TICKETS

Online tickets sell out quickly, particularly for the earlier sessions

Please bring printed or mobile tickets on the night.

Online tickets MUST be exchanged for a tour sticker at the Road to Bethlehem entrance at least 

20 minutes prior to the scheduled time.

TICKETS WILL BE FORFEITED IF NOT REDEEMED BY THIS TIME

2. DOOR TICKETS - ON THE NIGHT

Approx. 600 tickets will be available each night. These tickets are for all sessions throughout the night.

Sessions at 6.40pm & 9.10pm will only be available as DOOR tickets in 2024.

Tickets are available on a first come, first served basis, however, we will endeavour to accommodate everyone. 

Gates open at 6.30pm. People will queue earlier than this and the queue may become quite lengthy.

Only tickets for the same night's sessions can be obtained. Tickets for other nights are only available on those nights.

FAQs

Is there an AUSLAN session?

No, there will be no Auslan session in 2024

Can tickets be cancelled/ returned?

Yes. Check email received for ticket order confirmation to return tickets. Ability to cancel tickets is on email confirmation.

Seniors, parents with young children and individuals needing wheelchair access are advised to use Livingston Seventh-day Adventist Church entrance on Boardman Road for drop off and pick up only. Road to Bethlehem staff will provide directions. Parking facilities are unavailable on the church grounds.
