Happy Hour isn’t your average meditation class! Lay back on comfy full-body cushions, wrap yourself in a cosy blanket, pop on an eye pillow... then settle in for an hour of pure relaxation. You’ll be taken on a journey of deep restoration, through guided meditation & group Reiki healing. Drift deeper into relaxation, with the addition of sound bowls and other instruments woven throughout the meditation. $25, Bookings essential. Please note - Tickets are non-refundable.
