Cancellation Procedures 

Each component will proceed only if sufficient participants are registered. Participants are entitled to a refund or transfer of registration once only if cancelled 6 weeks or more prior to the course. All other participant cancellations will result in an administrative fee at the discretion of the organiser. In the event of changes to restrictions or insufficient numbers, cancellation of the course by the venue will result in a full refund of the ‘in person’ component ($400 plus GST).
