The Adelaide Economic Development Agency (AEDA) is excited to announce its next Data4Lunch event 'Sustainable Futures - Good for Business'. Industry experts will dive into sustainable business practices, ESG (environmental, social, and governance) compliance, and cost-saving opportunities. Hear about case studies of businesses who have relocated in the city to maximise compliance and take advantage of the City of Adelaide's Incentives for Sustainably.Key speakers will include:
- David Bills (City of Adelaide, Low Carbon and Circular Economy Manager). Mr Bills will explore how businesses can decouple economic growth from environmental costs, with a focus on energy use, emissions data, various Council grants and incentives.
- Ben Parkinson (JLL, Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets SA). Mr Parkinson will discuss why businesses are relocating to ESG-compliant office spaces.
