This 2 hour speed & defence clinic is for all male and female rugby league & union players between the ages 9 and 17.

Session 1 - 9am to 11am for ages 9 to 11
Session 2 - 10am to 12pm for ages 12+
Session 3 - 11am to 1pm for Ages 9 to 11
Session 4 - 12pm to 2pm Girls Only Ages 10+
