Yin Yoga and Sound healing, 22nd of November, 2024 @ 6:30pm
This special 2 hour evening will combine an hour of meditative stretches of Yin Yoga with the vibrational tones of sacred instruments played around the studio and your body. This will be followed by an hour of pure healing vibrational sound whilst you relax in Savasana.
When you surrender to the breath and the stillness of your body and feel the deep vibrational tones of the didgeridoo, gongs and singing bowls, a re-alignment in the mind , body and soul takes place.
Cost: $60 (Includes chai and sweet treats)
