Year 6 Graduation Assembly - Thursday 12th December @ 11:15 for 11:30 start.Bookings open: Thursday 31st October
Bookings close: Thursday 28th November
No bookings can be received after closing date as we need to finish seating admin and explore waiting lists.
Students are allowed a maximum of 4 tickets per family.
Students with two households are welcome to 3 tickets per parent/carer.
There is a waiting list you can add your name to for extra tickets.
We will not be able to chase up families who have not booked.
Communications via newsletter and Schoolzine.
Chairs will be put out for ticket holders only.
To book a ticket provide the year 6 student's name and for each ticket the guest's first and last name.
Please do not purchase tickets for:
- children under 5yo (will sit on a parent's lap)
- the Year 6 student (they are seated separately)
- SHPS siblings K-5 (they are in a group at the front)
There will be an afternoon tea for families after the event until 1:30.
