Join Linda Martin and Laura Keenan of Night Parrot Press for a festive end-of-year workshop on flash fiction and micro memoir. Overlooking the picturesque Claisebrook Lake in East Perth, we'll present a friendly and fun session of techniques, writing samples by local and international authors, and writing prompts to inspire your own flash fiction stories and micro memoirs. All writing levels welcome, from absolute beginners to seasoned or wayward writers needing a jolt of encouragement.Each ticket includes a soft drink and a bowl of hot chips. What's not to love?
Additional beverages and food are available to purchase from the bar. Please note the bar does not have a coffee machine, so BYO hot beverage (or purchase one from nearby cafes on Royal Street).
Night Parrot Press is a not-for-profit independent publishing house based in Boorloo/Perth and best known for publications of flash fiction, micro memoir and other short forms of writing, including novellas.
