Monday Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra Meditation

About
Yin is about releasing, yielding and surrendering and is the perfect compliment to our Yang way of living and more dynamic ways of exercising.We hold the asanas for 3-5 minutes, bypassing muscles in the target area and focusing on connective tissues such as fascia, ligaments and tendons, as well as joints and bones, This allows for deeper opening of the body, whilst also exploring our connection to our mind. Yin is perfect for all levels, from beginners to more experienced.
This 75 minute class is then rounded with Yoga Nidra, otherwise known as yogic sleep. As you lie supported in savasana, this guided meditation technique takes you through the layers of self, promoting deep rest and relaxation.
