Please join me for this guided aromatherapy meditation that includes high quality essential oils. In this meditation you’ll be guided through each of the main 7 Chakras and will be offered the opportunity to clear & heal imbalances in your energy system. Each Chakra will be matched with an essential oil for the purpose of anchoring you into & supporting you in the healing process. Using only therapeutic grade oils.

We’ll then flow into a Sound Bath where you’ll receive therapeutic sounds created to rebalance and replenish every part of your being.
