You're invited to Kundalini Yoga WA community's annual Summer Solstice celebration.In Kundalini Yoga we gather for the solstices - a time to get together in community and reset in alignment with the natural rhythms.
Bring your yoga mat for an afternoon of Kundalini Yoga kriya, gong relaxation, meditation and chanting with live music.
A complete practice for the 3 levels of animal, human and angel to give you an elevated experience of the consciousness of God and me me and God are one.
Supper will be served afterwards and there's an opportunity to connect with community and relax.
WHEN: Sunday 21st December 4pm to 7pm
WHERE: St Hildas Anglican Hall, 15 View St North Perth
BRING: Yoga mat, cushion if needed and light blanket for relaxation
COST: $25. Free for KYWA members (contact us for the code to use when booking).
