Gluten- and dairy-free cakes
Following the popularity of my first ‘Gluten-free cakes’ class, I would like to share more delicious gluten-free cakes with you! And the cakes in this class are also DAIRY-FREE!
It can still be difficult to find a delicious cake when you need one. I will show you how to make gluten- and dairy-free cakes that are simply scrumptious - and you cannot even tell that they are gluten-free.
The cakes that we will make may include two of the following, orange poppy seed cake, apricot, almond and citrus cake, or a sunken pear, apple or quince cake (a classic German cake, and one of my favourites!), as well as pastry-based tartlets with a home-made (dairy-free) custard, cinnamon and lemon zest-infused apples and a scrumptious crumble.
The class is designed to provide you with the skills and confidence to replicate each recipe at home. I also keep classes small (with a max. of 6 participants), so there is plenty of opportunity for questions to maximise your learning experience.
