Gluten-free German tarts
Following the popularity of my other classes 'Gluten-free cakes' and 'More gluten-free cakes', I want to offer a class that is entirely focussed on creating delicious pastry-based tarts.
I will show you how to make a fabulous pastry - you wouldn't even know that it is gluten-free! And then we will make some of my favourite tartlets. These include a pear tart with a lemon myrtle-infused custard and scrumptious butter crumble, German baked cheese cake tarts with berries, and apricot and almond tarts. So yummy!
The class is designed to provide you with the skills and confidence to replicate each recipe at home. We use utensils that are available in most home kitchens. I also keep the classes small (with a maximum of 6 participants), so that there is plenty of opportunity for questions and one-on-one conversations to maximise your learning experience.
