when entering the booking details please put the STUDENT Name.When purchasing tickets please note the following:
- Tables are typically seat 10-12 guests
- Students do not sit at guest tables. (They will be seated separately within the ballroom.)
- Each participant is allotted 8 guest tickets.
Additional tickets can be negotiated with your child's partner or with Mrs Clements. Please note this is a very large event and extra tickets may not be possible.
After purchasing tickets, you will receive an email from TryBooking with a link to provide guest names and dietary restrictions/needs. Please provide all guest names - if purchasing a child ticket please specify CHILD next to their name.
Please email any specific seating arrangements to Mrs Clements after the purchase of your ticket.
