This workshop is suitable for beginners and those returning to pastels after some time. All materials provided.
In just one day you'll learn all about the different types of pastels, what papers to use and the varied mark-making techniques that will allow you to paint any subject you choose. We'll start the day having fun with some simple but powerful exercises that will get you loosened up and comfortable with what pastels can do.
With tutor demonstrations, one- on- one guidance and a variety of reference photos you'll be surprised how quickly you will start creating your own paintings.
