Maryrose Cuskelly is a best-selling writer of fiction and non-fiction. Her novel ‘The Cane’ was shortlisted for the best crime fiction debut in the 2022 Davitt Awards. Maryrose lives in Melbourne and ‘The Campers’ is inspired both by the housing crisis and explores what neighbours will do protect their own patch.
