Includes ball work, footwork, specialist skills, drills and match play!
Option 2: Performance Clinic designed for players aged 11yrs+ playing reps in 2025 (including 11yrs Talent/Development Squads.) Also suitable for players aged 12yrs+ not playing for reps but keen to take their training to the next level. Includes: netball-specific fitness, footwork drills and match play. Learn from our experienced representative coaches.
