Upper Intermediate B1.4 - Term 1, 2025 |
Teacher: Coralie Schaff, Monday evenings 6:45-8:45pm.
This course requires approximately 5 years of previous French study. It is open to all students who completed our Upper Intermediate B1.3 course in Term 4, 2024. New students should contact us before enrolling.
Students will finish Unité 3 in the textbook Inspire 3 before starting Unité 4:
Leçon 11 Parler de ses expériences (speaking about one’s experiences)
Leçon 12 S’informer sur les loisirs (finding out about leisure activities)
Leçon 13 Découvrir un fait de société (discovering a social issue)
Leçon 14 Imaginer (Imagine)
The grammar component will include : the conditional tense ; asking questions ; and negative forms, including ‘nobody’, ‘never’, ‘nothing’ and ‘neither … nor …’
