This is a workshop of reflecting on 2024 and manifesting your best in 2025.
We will be creating a safe space for reflction, growth and creativity, where we can learn from the past and create abundance and joy in the year ahead.
You will learn about observing your challenges, understanding them and learning from them.
You will create intentions for 2025.
We will cover the body, mind and spiritual connection, understand why we are unwell, understand energy work, mindset and consciousness.
Join me for this 2 hour workshop to help you create a great year ahead with a positive mindset and intention.
