Identifying feelings and needs enables clear requests
Mutual trust, forgiveness and responsibility co-exist
Consequences when mistakes occur are not punitive
Empathic connections characterise relationships
This one-day workshop will be interactive and activity-based with participants invited to use their own examples for practice. The workshop is for principals, teachers and support and administration staff.
