Let’s be frank – record keeping isn’t the most exciting aspect of work! However, strong document management systems offer one of the most effective means to reduce overall liability risk. Good record keeping will not only help you to provide better services, but it will also help provide protection which things don’t go according to plan.
During this webinar, Risk Manager, Lisa Wastell-Anthony, will explain the importance of keeping good records, using case studies that illustrate the risks and benefits for your whole team, and delve into some practical challenges including providing editable documents to external parties and navigating the courts’ discovery process.
Wendy Poulton, Principal of informed Lawyers Pty Ltd (ACN 635 862 145) will conclude with a short session on contractual requirements relating to keeping and disclosing records.
