Summer School 2025 - Kundalini Yoga daily on the beach

Join Jai Ram at Leighton Beach for 5 mornings in a row of early morning Kundalini Yoga to set yourself on a great trajectory for the new year.Suitable for all levels, these classes involve a short teaching on the numerological themes of 2025, followed by a kriya (yoga exercise set), relaxation and meditation in alignment with those themes.
Participants then often go for a refreshing plunge into the Indian Ocean afterwards. On the final morning you are invited to join the community for breakfast at the Orange Box cafe.
These Summer School intensives have become a regular occurrence over the past years. Participants have found them an excellent and elevated way to begin the year consciously. You are warmly invited.
When: 6am to 7.30am - Tues 7th to Sat 11th January 2025
Where: Leighton Beach (Mosman Park end) in the dunes
How much: All 5 classes $108. Single class $24.
Bring: yoga mat, blanket for relaxation, cushion if needed, water.
