Cooma Heritage - BOOKING TIME EXTENDED

A few vacancies remain, the deadline for bookings is Thursday 12 February.Join the National Trust for a day trip to Cooma! An important town in the history of the region and, indeed, Australia - we will discover the history of the Snowy Hydro Scheme and learn about the Snowy 2.0 project. We will visit, and have lunch at, the Cooma Monaro Railway Museum and later visit the NSW State Correctional Museum. There will also be a guided tour on the coach around historic parts of the town.
Members of the National Trust, U3A and Friends of the National Library $180 pp, includes a BBQ lunch and home made goodies for morning tea.
Tour which will suit most people as there is limited walking involved. The coach will pick up at Lyneham (8.00 am) and City (8.10 am) and Deakin (8.20 am)
