Start your morning with a 45 minute Pilates session led by Rachel from About The Body Co, focusing on movement and strength. Then, experience a 50 minute pranayama breathwork practice with Meg from the School of Breath designed to balance the mind and body. Herbal tea and a treat will be available post practices.
