Exploring Chinese Medicine's approach to digestive health

The foundations of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) are over 2000 years old and based on the belief that the body has an innate ability to heal itself, through restoring the balance of yin and yang in the body. TCM is based on healing imbalanced energetic pathways, called ‘Qi’.
Dr Sonic Searle (Doctor of Chinese Medicine), will unpack and explore:
-The foundation and ethos of TCM and common healing strategies
-The Chinese Medicine perspective on digestion
-Ways to nourish and care for your digestive system from a TCM perspective
-How TCM can complement a patient's existing Western therapeutic care
-Demystifying TCM terminology such as Yin & Yang and the Five Phases/Elements Theory
-Gut-Brain axis vs Live-Spleen axis and what this means for digestion
There will be time for you to engage with Sonic and ask him any questions you may have.
