On the public holiday Monday, January 27th, invest in some time to bring your mind, body and spirit back into a state of harmony.Let your gentle breath and the sound of the crystal singing bowls bowls, chimes and more bring you into a peaceful state of rest and restore.
Please bring a blanket, pillow and a mat. I also have a few mats available. Let me know if you need them as I only have 5.
