This clinic will help you improve your technique and efficiency. The clinics are run by Head Coach Lucas McBeath from FLOWITRI.Full details of the workshop available on our website. https://www.singletontriclub.org.au/
Attendees to meet at the Singleton Library meeting room (please be on time). Parking is available at the library and Singleton Council carpark. The practical component will be held on the touch football field behind the library.
Please come dressed for running, the workshop includes theory and practical components.
Attendees are advised to bring a drink.
Workshop attendance is $27.50 per attendee.
