In 1985, Erskineville residents rose up to fight for their livable streets. Andrew Chuter, sustainable transport activist, looks back on the history of resident campaigns for human-centered streets and their relevance today in the midst of a climate emergency.

At: Sydney Resistance Centre 22 Mountain St Ultimo. Entry by donation, affordable light snacks and cold drinks available.
