‘Mental Health & the Actor’s Life’ is a candidly raw, yet hopeful journey that equips young people who seek a career in the entertainment industry with the necessary tools to monitor their mental and emotional health whilst simultaneously striving to be their best.Actor, director and writer, Dr Daniel Widdowson, explores the highs, lows, benefits and dangers of the entertainment industry’s effects on actors and their mental health.
