About
Adult Aerial Silks is just for the adults. This a fabulous conditioning class to get you fit and strong while building confidence on aerial equipment and increasing your flexibility. Our program works on level cards so everyone progresses at their own pace. It not only involves an apparatus (silks and lyra) but also a ground act (juggling, balance and hula hooping). Great for cognitive development, strength and flexibility and mostly confidence. No experience necessary! Please wear full length tights and t-shirt/singlet.Dates
