Join members of the WHS on this informative guided bus tour. The tour will visit historical sites that made up the settlement of Glenvale on the Northern fringe of Whittlesea. Hear how its early settlers raised their families and developed the fertile pastoral lands of this area.Road stop sites that will be visited include Glenvale Park, "Winslade", Mornmoot Stud and "Jade Valley".
This is an outdoor event, please wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
Meeting point will be at the Whittlesea Bowls Club, 101 Church Street, Whittlesea.
Cost: $20.00
A light lunch will be provided.
