2025 P&F Open Day Parent Helpers

2025 Open Day P&F Volunteers for serving at the Sausage sandwich and Refreshments stands for our visitors.

If you can assist with the collection of refreshment donations on Saturday 1 March between 12:00pm - 2:00pm, It would be appreciated.  Please tick that box when you register.

You are able to book for more than one timeslot. 

If you are unable to assist on the day though can donate refreshments PLEASE NO REFRIDGERATED ITEMS to the P&F table, please put in the number of items you are donating.  Please put your name/daughters's name on containers you wish to have returned.

Deliveries can be made to the MSB Centre Reception [Entry via Hull Road, drive up to the Rose Garden turning circle] on Friday 28 February between 10:00am - 2:00pm and Saturday 1 March in the Main Carpark between 12:00pm - 2:00pm.  We appreciate your help.  Thank you
