Soul in Motion: Mindfulness, Books and Movement at LJLA
About the Event
Join us for an enriching workshop with Alona Rosenberg, a creative arts therapist, as she guides participants through a journey of self-discovery, movement, and mindfulness. Drawing inspiration from Jewish and Israeli texts and poetry, this four-week series integrates somatic practices, guided movement, and creative expression to foster deep connection and personal growth. Through mindful exploration of text, writing, and music, participants will engage in an immersive experience that cultivates presence, unlocks creative flow, and nurtures well-being.
Each session will include grounding exercises, reflective walks through the library, text sharing, and embodied storytelling, creating a safe and supportive space for introspection and expression. The workshops will be held in a small group setting (up to 10 participants) over four weeks, every Wednesday from 6:30–8:00 PM, starting March 12. Spaces are limited - make sure to register.
