Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the final Maddie’s Match! We are so grateful for your support. Please complete the registration form and we will be in touch with further details soon.

Please complete a registration for each person volunteering so we can allocate General Admission tickets to the match and food vouchers on the day.

By registering to become a volunteer for the final Maddie’s Match you are confirming your availability from 1.30pm on Saturday 29th March until half time. Volunteer shift times will be confirmed closer to the event date. Please note, if you are under the age of 18 you will require a parent or guardian with you on the day and you must both complete the registration form.
