This workshop is the sixth workshop of a monthly series and will focus on the third eye (Ajna) chakra to bring you back to a state of greater clarity. The third eye chakra is related to the space / ether element (Akasha). The Ajna Chakra, is a powerful energy centre that can bring enhanced intuition, greater clarity and focus, deeper spiritual connection, greater self-awareness, and reduced anxiety.The workshop includes:
Introduction to the third eye chakra
Kundalini bioenergetic breathwork practice
Rest, restore and integrate with a throat chakra themed sound bath to pure crystal quartz singing bowls, koshi chimes, tuning forks and more.
