This workshop is tailored for individuals living in remote communities who support those with mental health conditions, are concerned about a loved one or friend, or seek a deeper understanding of mental health. Participants will gain evidence-based skills and knowledge to effectively offer support. The workshop is open to everyone in the community, and no prior knowledge of mental health is required to attend.Outreach Mental Health is a Social Enterprise - business for good - this community workshop is subsidised as part of our commitment to making training as inclusive as possible.
