Neva Rest yuh Groove invites you to a day of dance at Flourish MS.Mina will start us off with a 90min Carribean Mashup / Twerk 10-11.30am
A whole lotta, winin', grindin', twerkin' and cheeky feel good music.
It's all high vibes when listening & dancing to our Caribbean playlist. We get the hips winning, and the booty popping.
We learn grooves & moves to take to the dancefloor and basic choreography to challenge the mind all whilst having a load of fun.
The full body workout you didn't know you needed & could get just from dancing, laughing & singing - good for the body, mind & soul
