In this insightful and engaging live Q&A session Jackie will explore the profound connection between business strategy and personal transformation. Drawing from her experiences detailed in 'The Ultimate Other,' Dr. King will share how she adapted the principles of design thinking, typically employed in the corporate sector, to navigate her personal challenges and construct a narrative imbued with meaning and purpose.

Jackie will be interviewed by Rachel Kessel, Academic and Education Consultant. Rachel employs Human-Centered Design principles to craft award-winning courses. She has interviewed world-renowned thought leaders at regular World Business Forum events.

Dr Jackie King is a purpose-driven leader with 20 years of experience in the for-purpose sector. Jackie uses design thinking to solve problems in corporate and community settings and works across leadership, strategy, risk, governance, data, reporting, operations, and sustainability. The Ultimate Other is a thought piece on understanding ourselves with empathy to be able to have empathy for others in order to promote conflict resolution and social cohesion. Her mission is to align approaches to leadership, governance, strategy, operations and service delivery with purpose, driving impactful change that reflects the diverse identities within our communities and workplaces.Jackie holds an  EMBA and PhD and holds several non-executive directorships and advisory board memberships. She is a qualified lawyer and mediator.
