Does your child/ren receive additional support during class at Primary school and could require the same level of support at Aspley State High School?
If YES, please do not proceed with booking an enrolment interview time. Please phone the school on 3863 9222 and request an enrolment interview time with our Deputy Principal in charge of Inclusion. Enrolment interview times for students requiring additional support are not published on our enrolment booking system.
After filling out the enrolment pack, proceed to 'choose date' in the calendar on this page to book an enrolment interview for your child. We ask that you bring your completed enrolment pack with you to the enrolment interview.
Documents to Bring to Your Interview
Your child is required to attend the enrolment interview.

- Student Enrolment Form
- SRS Participation Agreement Form
- State School Consent Form
- Online Third Party Website Consent Form
- ICT Agreement
Please ensure you also bring the following documents:
📌 A birth certificate or passport (for the prospective student)
📌 The student’s most recent report card
📌 Any relevant legal or medical documentation
📌 Expression of Interest forms for the Football Academy, The Arts Programs and the SPAR-C Program (if interested)
