Chest Mobility for Whole-Body Freedom

This 6 class Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement series is designed to help you discover mobility in your chest, shoulders and spine.Lessons will explore subtle and mindful movements that deepen your sense of body awareness. You will learn to release unnecessary tension in your chest, shoulders, spine and lower back giving you a sense of whole body comfort.
Classes are mostly performed lying down on the floor from the comfort of your own home via zoom.
It is advised to wear comfortable clothing, have access to a pillow for support and lie on a blanket or comfortable mat.
Classes are 45 minutes and start promptly at 7:45pm AEST. The zoom link will be open 10 minutes before class to allow for time to set up and to settle in.
Classes will be recorded (speaker view only) for those who are unable to attend in live time.
Classes run each Thursday 7:45-8:30pm AEST for 6 consecutive weeks.
