The Inner Beloved - 6 Week Online Journey is an embodied exploration of our relationship to the Inner Beloved - whether that be your Inner Masculine, Inner Feminine or Inner Other - it's up to you!It draws on psychotherapeutic practices such as parts work, attachment theory and somatic embodiment to explore our Inner Romance and the cultivation of secure, loving attachment both within ourselves and with others.
All gender, romantic and sexual identities welcome and celebrated.
Participants are capped at 12 people max. to ensure the connection and intimacy of the group.
Course Format:
6 x weekly 1.5 hour group Zoom sessions. 12 people max. Simple homework tasks & practices for in between sessions. Private Facebook group for sharing amongst participants and building a community of practice. Session recordings available if you are not able to make it.
