For 5 years, the nationally-acclaimed musicians in Paradiso Strings have been seducing SE Queensland audiences into the wonderful world of classical and chamber music with their hugely popular “Concerts by Candlelight” series. Performed in non-traditional venues, their eclectic repertoire (which includes the music of pop and rock superstars, jazz legends, and the best of classical music) has brought delight to their diverse audience base.Playing their first Candlelight Concert on the Sunshine Coast, they will regale audiences with the iconic music from the golden age of cinema. In the romantic and intimate setting of one of the coast’s favourite small halls, Paradiso Strings will bring to life the legendary scores from such movie classics as The Magnificent Seven, James Bond, Casablanca, Titanic and Star Wars.
