Feigenbaum, Vice President for Studies at the Carnegie Endowment; Courtney Stewart, Senior Managing Consultant at OCRT; Peter Tesch, ASPI Senior Fellow and Visiting Fellow at the ANU Centre for European Studies, and Professor Stephan Frühling from ANU’s Strategic and Defence Studies Centre – co-authors of the new Carnegie report ‘Alliance Future: Rewiring Australia and the United States’.
