MHFA 2 Day Course- please note this is both Saturday and Sunday (9:30am- 4pm each day).Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a practical training program that teaches participants how to provide initial support to someone experiencing mental health challenges.
The course covers how to recognise the signs and symptoms of mental health issues, offer appropriate assistance, and guide individuals towards professional help.
It includes topics such as depression, anxiety, psychosis, and substance use disorders. MHFA is suitable for anyone wanting to make a positive impact on mental health in their workplace, community, or personal life, equipping them with the skills to respond confidently in a crisis.
