How to use two or more colors at the same time, read a colourwork chart and carry yarn across the back of the work. By catching so-called floats every 3-5 stitches, a color can be carried across a theoretically unlimited number of stitches. Fair Isle knitting is typically not regarded as particularly difficult and can be done by any intermediate beginner. You can knit it in the round or flat.What to bring:
o 8ply yarn in 3-4 contrasting, solid colours (50g each)
o 4mm or 4.5mm needles
o Scissors
o Notebook
o Pen or pencil
o Tapestry needle for 8ply
Pre-requisite skills
Confidence in stocking stitch and cast on
