Our session begins with a guided meditation, taking you on a deep, inward journey into your heart space—the heart chakra. As you connect with this centre of love and compassion, we will incorporate both metaphysical and energy healing techniques to help balance, open, and expand your heart energy.Once grounded in this heart space, you will be immersed in a soothing sound healing experience. The vibrations of crystal singing bowls will surround you, promoting deep relaxation, stress reduction, and emotional release. These healing frequencies work to restore harmony within your body, mind and spirit, enhancing your overall well-being.
To conclude, I will gently guide you back to a state of calm awareness, leaving you feeling centred, rejuvenated, and aligned.
Mats are provided. Please bring blankets, pillows, water, or anything you may need for comfort.
Not recommended during the 1st trimester of pregnancy or for those with sound-reflective epilepsy. Consult your doctor if unsure.
