Saltbush Billy aged mutton shoulder and leg, long pepper rub
Confit potatoes, chicken jus, crème fraiche
Roast autumn pumpkin, sage and pine nuts,

Autum peas, cumin and labneh, pomegranate

Homemade quince tart, Jock’s ice cream and custard!!
Wines will be selected for each course.
The fee for this dinner will be inclusive $120 per member.
